Referral Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
How referring people to MahadevBook works, what counts as a genuine referral, and what we do when one is not.
1. What this covers
This policy covers referral codes, referral links, the commission earned from referred players, and any bonus tied to referring someone. It sits alongside the Terms and Conditions and the Payment Policy.
Every referral decision on this platform is ours to make. We may hold, reduce, cancel, reverse or refuse any referral commission or referral bonus, remove a referral link between two accounts, disable a referral code, and suspend or close the accounts involved. Where a referral is under review, the earnings involved stay frozen until that review finishes.
2. How referring works
- Your account has its own referral code and link. Share it with people who genuinely want to play.
- Someone counts as your referral only if your code or link was applied when their account was created. It cannot be added afterwards, and it cannot be moved from one referrer to another.
- Commission is a share of the cash your referred players actually lose over time, net of what they win. It is not a payment for signing someone up and it is not a share of their deposits.
- Nothing is earned from bonus funds, free bets or promotional balances.
- Rates, levels and any caps are set per account, per branch and per site, and can change at any time. What applies to you is what is shown on your referrals screen.
Your current referral earnings and the players attached to you are shown on your referrals page.
3. What is not allowed
The following void any commission earned and can cost you the account:
- Referring yourself. Opening a second account, or getting a family member or a friend to open one, so that you collect commission on your own play.
- Fake or farmed accounts.Accounts created in someone else's name, with borrowed documents, or in bulk to generate referrals.
- Paired betting. You and a referred player betting opposite sides of the same market so that the pair loses little while commission is generated.
- Funding your own referrals. Depositing into a referred account, or paying someone to deposit and lose, in order to create commission.
- Misleading promotion. Promising winnings, claiming to be us or to speak for us, inventing rates or bonuses, promoting to anyone under 18, spamming, or advertising the platform where it is not permitted.
- Paid advertising on our name or brand without written permission from us.
4. Reviews, holds and removals
We monitor referral activity. Where the pattern does not look like genuine play, we investigate, and while we do so the earnings are held. Depending on what we find we may:
- release the earnings and take no further action;
- cancel or claw back commission already credited, including from later balances, deposits or winnings;
- remove the referral link between the accounts;
- disable your referral code for the future;
- restrict, suspend or close any of the accounts involved, including both the referrer and the referred player.
We are not obliged to share the internal detail of a fraud review, and in some cases we are not permitted to. We will tell you the outcome. Our decision on a referral matter is final within this platform.
5. Paying out referral earnings
Referral earnings sit in your account and are subject to the same checks as any other money on the platform. That includes identity and ownership checks, the rules on who we can pay, and the holds described in the Payment Policy. Earnings that came from activity we later find to be artificial are not payable, even if they were visible in your balance beforehand.
6. Your own conduct as a referrer
When you share your code you are speaking for yourself, not for us. You are responsible for what you say and where you post it. If your promotion misleads someone, breaks a platform's rules, or breaks the law where you are, that is on you, and we may end your participation over it.
7. Ending the programme
We can change or end referrals entirely, for everyone or for one account, at any time and without notice. Earnings already correctly credited and cleared remain yours. Future earnings stop from the point the change takes effect.
8. Changes
We can change this policy at any time. The date at the top of the page changes when we do. Continuing to share your code after a change means you accept the current version.
