What MahadevBook actually gives back, how each reward is worked out, and which of them you can withdraw. Rates and amounts are shown on the page where you claim, because they are set by the operator and can change.
1. Read this part first: two kinds of money
Your wallet holds two different things, and the difference decides what you can take out.
- Cash. Your deposits, your winnings, and some rewards. This is withdrawable.
- Bonus funds. Credited by certain promotions. Bonus funds can be staked but cannot be withdrawn.
When you place a bet, cash is used first and bonus funds only cover whatever is left over. If that bet wins or is refunded, the bonus part of the stake goes back to the bonus balance and the cash part goes back to cash. In practice, bonus funds only disappear by losing.
Requesting a withdrawal clears your remaining bonus funds. The moment a payout request is submitted, whatever bonus balance is left is removed. If the withdrawal is later rejected, the bonus funds are put back. So if you are holding bonus funds you still want to use, use them before you request a payout.
Each section below says which of the two a reward lands in. There is no turnover or rollover requirement on this site: nothing has to be wagered a set number of times before it unlocks.
2. Deposit bonus
An extra percentage on a qualifying deposit, credited as bonus funds once the deposit is approved.
- You have to opt in. There is a bonus toggle on the deposit form. If it is off, the deposit is processed without a bonus and it cannot be added afterwards.
- The bonus is a percentage of the deposit, subject to a minimum deposit to qualify and a maximum bonus cap. The percentage and the cap in force for you are shown on the deposit page before you confirm.
- Some setups pay a bonus on every qualifying deposit, some only on your first deposit, and some pay a different rate on the first deposit than on later ones. The deposit page tells you which applies to you.
- Where you have selected a specific promotion or entered a code on the deposit, that offer is used instead of the standard rule, not on top of it.
- It is credited when an operator approves the deposit, not at the moment you pay. A pending deposit carries no bonus yet.
Because this lands in bonus funds, see the withdrawal warning in section 1.
3. Daily bonus
A small fixed amount you can claim once a day from the Bonus page. It is credited as cash, so it is withdrawable.
- One claim per day, and you have to press the button.
- It does not build up. A day you do not claim is simply a day you did not claim.
- The amount is set by the operator and shown on the page. If the amount is set to zero, the daily bonus is switched off and the card will not appear.
4. Promo codes
Codes we hand out through support, branch operators or campaigns. Redeem them in the gift card box on the Bonus page. A successful code is credited as cash.
- Some codes pay a fixed amount. Others match a deposit: a percentage of your most recent qualifying deposit, capped at a maximum, and only if that deposit met the minimum the code requires.
- One claim per code per account. A code you have already used will be refused.
- Codes carry an expiry date and often a total number of uses across all customers. Once either runs out, the code stops working.
- Codes are tied to the branch they were issued for. A code from one branch will not work on an account registered under another, and the site will simply report it as invalid.
- Codes cannot be redeemed while the site is in maintenance.
5. Weekly lossback
A share of what you lost over the week, returned to you as cash. This is the main loss rebate on the site and it is worth understanding properly, because it is also the one you can most easily miss.
How the week is measured
- The week runs Monday to Monday, Indian Standard Time.
- Your loss is worked out from wallet movement: what you put in (deposits and credits) against what came out and what is left, including stake sitting in bets that have not settled yet, so a live bet does not count as a loss.
- Only a genuine net loss for the week produces lossback. A week you finished up produces nothing.
- Bonus funds are not counted as money you put in, so they do not inflate or deflate the figure.
- A minimum weekly loss may have to be reached before any lossback is generated at all. The rate and any minimum are set by the operator.
Three installments, and each one expires
The week's lossback is split into three equal parts. They unlock on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, one per day, and each part can only be claimed on the day it unlocks. An unclaimed part is gone at midnight IST and does not roll into the next one.
- Nothing is credited automatically. You claim each part from the Bonus page, which shows all three cards with their status.
- Missing Tuesday does not affect Wednesday or Thursday. Each part stands alone.
- Amounts are rounded down to whole rupees. A part worth less than one rupee cannot be claimed.
- Claims are blocked while the site is in maintenance, so claim early in the day rather than at the last minute.
If you only log in at weekends you will lose every installment. Open the Bonus page on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during any week you finished down.
6. Referral commission
Share your personal link from the Referrals page. When someone registers through it, they are attached to your account and you earn commission on their play. Commission is credited as cash.
- It is a share of net losses, not a signup bounty. Commission accrues as a percentage of the cash your referred players lose: every stake adds to your pending total and every payout to them takes some back off it. Nobody earns commission for a signup or for a deposit on its own.
- Only the cash part of a stake counts. The part of a stake funded from their bonus funds does not produce commission.
- If a referred player has a winning run, your pending total can fall. It never goes below zero.
- There are two levels. You earn on the people you referred directly, and, where the operator has enabled a second level, a smaller share on the people they referred.
- Commission sits as pending until it is paid, then shows as paid. Your pending and lifetime totals are both on the Referrals page.
- Rates are set by the operator and are shown on the Referrals page. If you have pending commission and no way to release it on the page, ask the help centre and we will sort it out.
- New accounts may be required to enter a referral code in order to register, which is why your link is also the way people get in.
- Referring yourself does not work. A second account you opened, or an account run from your own money or payment details, is a breach of section 9 and the commission from it will be removed.
There is also a leaderboard of the top affiliates by lifetime paid commission, linked from the Referrals page.
7. VIP
A tier ladder that rises with your play. Tier names, the level of play each one needs, and what each one pays are all set by the operator and shown on the VIP page, which also shows the tier you are on and how far you are from the next one.
- Tier-up bonus: a one-off reward for reaching a new tier. It is created for you when you cross the threshold, it does not expire, and you claim it from the VIP page. It is credited as bonus funds.
- Monthly bonus: where your tier carries one, it can be claimed once per calendar month. Credited as bonus funds. Miss a month and that month is gone.
- Some tiers carry no tier-up bonus or no monthly bonus. Those show as unavailable rather than as zero.
- The VIP programme can be switched off, for the whole site or for a branch. If you do not see a VIP link in the header, it is not active for your account and the claim buttons will not work.
Weekly lossback (section 5) runs on its own settings and does not depend on the VIP switch.
8. Seeing what you have been paid
The Rewards page is a history of every reward credited to your account: daily bonuses, deposit bonuses, promo codes, lossback, VIP bonuses, referral commission and commission from number games, with totals for the last 7 days, the last 30 days and lifetime.
Nothing is claimed there. It is a record, so if a reward is missing from it, it was never credited and that is the thing to ask support about. Everything is also in your transaction history.
9. Rules that apply to every offer
- Offers are discretionary. We can change a rate, add a condition, withdraw an offer, or exclude an account from future offers. The version shown on the claim page at the time you claim is the one that applies.
- One account per person. Extra accounts opened to claim an offer twice will be closed and the credit removed from them.
- No collusion. Two accounts betting opposite sides of the same market to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash is abuse. The bets are voided and the balance recovered.
- Bonus funds are never withdrawable and are cleared when a withdrawal is requested. Section 1 covers this.
- Amounts are configured, not fixed. Rates, caps, thresholds and tier benefits are set by the operator and can differ by branch or by account. That is why this page does not quote numbers: the claim page shows the figures that apply to you.
- Claims are blocked during maintenance. A time-limited claim is still time-limited, so do not leave it to the last hour.
- Where an offer is used against its conditions, we may reverse the credit, void the related bets, and restrict the account under section 10 of the Terms & Conditions.
